We have new InterimProject for LOGISTICS PRE-SERIAL PROJECT MANAGER. Experienced with :
Creation of preserial purchase orders (triangle PVL FR, Nitra, BMW)
Monitoring of EDI errors – processing, creation of schedules, releasing parts into serial
Missing link to customer reference, missing pack. instruction, EDI different to internal packaging instruction, NOK weight
Participation in meetings, BMW – PVL
Ordering material for the pre-series, raw material, components (link, price, contact, MOQ )
Checking packaging regulations and EDI, which is recalled by the customer (internal vs client vs reality)
Control of forecasts/demand from customer portals
Warehouse monitoring, Physical inventory of pre-series parts in stock
Communication with customers regarding pre-serial parts
Cogi tracking, adjustment to pre-series
Solving complaints about pre-series
Creating delivery notes, checking delivery notes, data correction on DN
Control of the preparation of the expedition, palletization rules, according to BMW standards
Solving of discrepancies in SAP (specified data in documents, discrepancies in weight, BOMs,..)
Management of packaging material, receipt, write-off, tracking, ordering packaging
Transport orders, book the trucks on the portal
To define link between project, logistics, sales , client …(rasic and communication matrix )
With active english language, german is an advantage. For 9 months full-time project in Nitra.
