We have a project for an experienced Interim Production Supervisor to cover a long-term absence of a production foreman in a manufacturing company based in Central Slovakia.
Duration: 3–6 months
Location: Central Slovakia
Start: ASAP (immediate availability required)

💼 Main scope of work:
– Daily supervision of production operations and shopfloor activities
– Leading and coordinating production teams
– Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met
– Monitoring KPIs and reporting to plant management
– Solving operational issues
We are seeking a hands-on expert with strong leadership skills and solid manufacturing experience.
💡 This role is also suitable for a more senior or highly qualified professional who is willing to temporarily step back into a shopfloor-focused position.
