NEW INTERIM PROJECT!
We have a new 12-month #InterimProject for a Category Manager, ideally with experience in pharma, pharmacies, or FMCG.
- Understand the client’s strategy and the specifics of 300 individual stores in Slovakia.
- Propose and align KPIs (with the client’s management).
- Implement a category management strategy based on performance indicators (costs, product synergies, logistics, etc.).
- Ensure category management and product floor plans in individual stores according to the established logic.
- Train and engage store personnel to maintain the implemented category management.
