We have a new project for INTERIM PROJECT MANAGER who has proven previous experience of supporting or managing annual compensation review processes. Workday (SW) experience is a must.
You will:
📌 Support the effective delivery of the global annual salary and bonus review process across 20 countries.
📌Cooperate with regional HR Business Partner teams and the Reward team to ensure completion of required activity in line with the agreed timelines.
📌Coordinate and escalate issues, questions and responses between region area and central support teams
📌Lead the data validation process, helping coordinate local HR data validation resources and associated activities including data clean up and updates in Workday.

💻 January: 2-3 days per week

💻 June: 2-3 days per week
