We have a new project for our client – a leading Educational institution in Bratislava. Interim IT Operations Manager will oversee IT operations for a minimum of 3 months. The role requires strong expertise with Microsoft products, as well as leadership and communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
💡 Manage servers, cloud services, and 50+ business/learning applications
💡 Oversee IT across multiple locations, 500 end-user devices, and 100+ network devices (CCTV, print servers, SMART Boards)
💡 Maintain 1,000+ user accounts (staff & students)
💡 Enforce 50+ IT policies ensuring security, compliance, and reliability
💡 Lead and manage an IT Operations team of 2 IT Specialists
Key skills & experience:
🔎 Proven IT operations leadership, ideally in education or multi-site environments
🔎 Expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, and security
🔎 Strong leadership, hands-on technical ability, and stakeholder management skills
🔎 Available for a 3–6 month interim assignment in Bratislava
