Today, change management is a major topic in every country and every organization — whether we are talking about #evolutionary changes that gradually move organizations forward, or #revolutionary transformations that completely change the rules of the game.
Congratulations to the Change Management Institute on its 20th anniversary. It was a pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces, build new relationships, and gain fresh practical perspectives. The CZ/SK entity may not have such a long history yet, but they certainly make up for it with their dedication and energy 🙂
