On July 24, a gathering of members of the Turnaround Management Association Slovakia took place. The civic association #TMA was founded to elevate the standard of so-called “turnaround management” in Slovakia. Huge thanks to Viliam Myšička and Ivana Kováčová for organizing and leading the event.
Turnaround management deals with companies in crisis, difficulty, or insolvency — and helps local businesses take action and find inspiration when navigating such tough situations.
The event was held on the RIVA boat in Bratislava, and we at TOP HEADS – Interim Managers Provider in CEE were proud to be a partner alongside Kinstellar, PwC Slovakia, and A&O Shearman Slovakia.
We’ve been a part of the association nearly since its inception, and for #TOPHEADS, it makes total sense — because we also provide crisis management, deploying senior experts who step in when it’s time to work hard and drive change.
