INITIAL SITUATION
In March, our client Secop approached us with the question, “Can you help us with…?”
They found themselves in a situation where their key controlling expert was suddenly scheduled for surgery with a 3-month recovery period, and they needed to ensure the continuity of his duties during his entire absence.
SOLUTION
With great respect, we took on this challenge and aligned the conditions within 7 days (including the weekend).
Exactly one week later, the management met with our experienced Interim Expert, who skillfully handles situations like this and is also able to bring innovations and improvements to the functioning of a modern controlling department.
