We would like to share our experience of how Interim Management works in practice with us.
INITIAL SITUATION
On March 29, 2021, we received a request from a client: Their Head of the Finance Department was leaving, and they needed someone to take over the responsibilities, analyze the department’s status, propose and implement improvements to optimize operations and increase team motivation, and finally, hand over the responsibilities to a new leader.
SOLUTION

CONCLUSION
The entire process, from receiving the client’s request to the successful placement of the Interim Manager, took 9 calendar days. This is how Fast Manager Rental works at TOP HEADS. These 9 days even included 4 days of Easter holidays, when we were all taking a break.
