We have a new project for INTERIM HR MANAGER with proactive, business-oriented approach for a manufacturing company.
You will:
📌 Support leadership team in regards to HR and People topics.
📌 Provide expertise on employee on-boarding and training.
📌 Improve HR policies and ensure compliance with local laws & regulations.
📌 Manage a team of 2 HR colleagues.
Project duration: 3-6 months
Capacity: Full-time (min 4 days per week)
Location: Pezinok
Language: English and Slovak
