We have a new project for INTERIM HR MANAGER for an e-commerce company.
You will:
📌 Support leadership team in regards to HR and People topics.
📌 Provide expertise on compensation, performance management and KPIs.
📌 Manage hiring process and ensure smooth on-boarding.
📌 Manage a team of 2-3 HR colleagues.
Project duration: 3-5 months
Capacity: Full-time
Location: Pardubice / Hradec Králové area
Language: Czech and English (B2)
