INITIAL SITUATION

The company found itself in a situation where they needed to prepare high-quality materials for investors and approached us with the statement, “We are looking for an experienced Interim CFO and we need them today.”

SOLUTION

Within two days, we organized a meeting with our Interim CFOs who have experience in preparing high-quality materials for reporting.

The company’s management decided to collaborate in a way that made sense for them.

Our Interim Manager quickly responded, familiarized himself with the situation, and effortlessly took on the task of preparing materials for SmartHead’s top management and its investors.
